Visconti Romanica Vermeil Limited Edition Fountain Pen

The Romanic art of the late Middle Ages / early Renaissance built upon the more homogenous Roman art and architecture already existing throughout Europe. Visconti used the most refined engraving techniques in order to reproduce the arches, bricks and windows of an architecture reflecting that glorious period of transition. Visconti chose two chromatic contrasts, metal/black and copper/ivory, in order to recall this art, diverse yet common to all of Europe. Visconti hopes this pen will bear witness to a new beginning for Europe, as the entire Romanic art period did.
